What are the termination periods for Teleboy products?

You want to cancel one of your Teleboy subscriptions? Here you will find an overview of the respective notice periods - depending on the product and subscription type.

Internet

• Minimum contract period: 12 months from activation date
• After the minimum contract period:
  → Cancellation with a notice period of 60 days to the end of the month possible

Example during the minimum contract period

Your contract starts on June 15, 2024.
The minimum contract term is 12 months, so the earliest possible termination date is June 30, 2025.
To end your contract by June 30, 2025, your cancellation must be received no later than April 30, 2025.
If you cancel in May or later, the contract will continue beyond June accordingly.

Example after the minimum contract period

After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time with a 60-day notice to the end of any month.
Example:
If you want to end your contract on December 31, 2025, we must receive your cancellation by October 31, 2025 at the latest.
If your cancellation arrives on November 1, 2025, your contract will instead end on January 31, 2026.

Landline

• Only available in combination with a Teleboy Internet subscription
• Cancellation period: 60 days to the end of the month
• Automatically canceled as soon as the Internet subscription is terminated

Mobile

• No minimum contract period
• Cancellation period: 60 days to the end of the month

Important:

Even without a contract, notice of termination must be given well in advance in order to take effect at the desired end of the month.

Recommended procedure for mobile number porting

→ Do not submit a separate cancellation to Teleboy, as your number will otherwise be lost.

Instead, request that the new provider port your number. This will automatically terminate your subscription with Teleboy in due time and you can keep your phone number.

TV without Internet combination

• TV monthly subscription: term always one month from booking date
  → cancellation possible at any time up to the last day of the term

• TV annual subscription: term one year from booking date
  → Termination no later than before the end of the 12 months, otherwise automatic renewal for a further year

Example:

• Monthly subscription booked on 14.03. → runs until 13.04.
• Annual subscription booked on 01.07. → runs until 30.06. of the following year

TV in the Internet Combi subscription

• Cancellation possible at any time, as the TV subscription is part of the internet package
• When the internet subscription is canceled, the TV subscription ends automatically with
