What are the termination periods for Teleboy products?
You want to cancel one of your Teleboy subscriptions? Here is an overview of the respective notice periods – depending on the product and subscription type.
Internet
1Minimum contract term: 12 months
From the activation date, a minimum term of 12 months applies. Cancellation is only possible at the end of this period.
2After expiry: 60 days' notice
After the minimum term, cancellation is possible with 60 days' notice to the end of the month. Example: contract started June 15 → earliest cancellation June 30 of the following year, then 60 days' notice.
Landline
1Notice period: 60 days to end of month
Only available in combination with a Teleboy Internet subscription. Automatically cancelled when the Internet subscription ends.
Mobile
1No minimum term – notice period: 60 days
Cancellation must still be submitted early enough to take effect at the desired month end.
⚠ Important
For number porting: do not submit a separate cancellation to Teleboy or your number will be lost. Instead, request porting from your new provider – the Teleboy subscription will then be terminated automatically in time.
TV (without Internet combination)
1TV monthly subscription
Term: 1 month from booking date. Cancellation possible at any time up to the last day of the term. Example: booked 14.03. → runs until 13.04.
2TV annual subscription
Term: 1 year from booking date. Cancel before the end of the 12 months, otherwise automatic renewal. Note: no longer available since 2022. Example: booked 01.07. → runs until 30.06. of the following year.
TV in the Internet Combi subscription
1Cancellation possible at any time
The TV subscription is part of the Internet package. When the Internet subscription is cancelled, the TV subscription ends automatically.

You can cancel all Teleboy subscriptions directly in the customer area at my.teleboy.ch/en/service/. There you will find an overview of all current subscriptions and the option to cancel.
