I canceled my subscription. Can I reverse it?

Yes, of course you can withdraw your cancellation free of charge and without hassle, as long as the product has not yet been terminated.

How to proceed

1Subscription still active

If your subscription (Internet, Mobile, TV, Landline) is still active, simply contact our support to cancel the termination. No extra costs.

2Product already ended

If the product has already ended, please reorder it on our website.

ℹ Withdrawing a cancellation vs. adjusting your subscription
To withdraw a cancellation you need us: that only works via support. Adjusting your Internet subscription, on the other hand, you do yourself in your customer login under Subscriptions → Internet: change your speed or switch from DSL to fibre in the «Adjust» tab, report a relocation in the «Move» tab.
