Where can I see the status of my number transfer / porting?
Here is how the porting process works and what you can do if you have questions about the status.
ℹ Porting status
Currently, the porting status cannot be viewed in the customer cockpit. Contact our support at www.teleboy.ch/en/contact for the current status.
How to proceed
1Complete verification
Porting will only start after the verification of your ID has been confirmed. Check your e-mails to see if any questions are still open.
2Number transfer starts
As soon as verification is complete, we will start the transfer of your number.
For subscription numbers
If your subscription with your previous provider has expired, we can request porting immediately. If it is still running, you can wait until the minimum contract period expires, or request an early termination (costs may apply).
⚠ Check information
Incorrect information can delay porting. The name of the current subscription holder must be stated correctly.
For prepaid numbers
1Send SMS "YES" to 499
Insert the SIM card from your previous provider in a smartphone and confirm the porting by sending "YES" via SMS to 499. The SMS works even without active credit.
⚠ Credit forfeited
Any existing credit will be forfeited at the time of the transfer.
✓ Done!
As soon as we receive your confirmation, we will start the number transfer.
