Why was my internet line blocked?
Blocking the connection
As soon as no payment is received, the connection is automatically blocked 7–10 days after the third reminder has been sent.
Reactivating the connection
Once you have paid the outstanding amount, your connection is automatically reactivated. This usually happens 3–5 days after receipt of payment.
⚠ Important
A one-off fee of CHF 50.– is charged for reactivating the connection.
To speed up reactivation, you can pay open invoices retroactively directly via credit card or TWINT. You can also send us a payment receipt by e-mail in advance.
