Why have I received a reminder?

If you have received a reminder from Teleboy, there may be various reasons. Here you can check the situation and learn about the different reminder levels.

Do I still have unpaid invoices?

Please first check whether you have any outstanding unpaid invoices:

If you have an outstanding invoice, you can pay it directly in your customer account with a single click to avoid reminder fees and a potential suspension.

If all invoices have already been paid, the reminder may have crossed with an in-transit payment – in that case, you can ignore the reminder.

General information about reminders

If no payment is received by the due date, we send a reminder by email and, if necessary, by post.

Please note that all payments are final. There is no right of withdrawal, and subscription fees already paid will not be refunded (T&Cs).

⚠ Important

We strongly advise against setting up a standing order. Payments cannot be correctly allocated, resulting in reminder fees. Please register a payment method instead: Register payment method

What happens if my connection is blocked?

If your connection has been temporarily deactivated due to unpaid invoices, you can reactivate it by paying the outstanding amount.

⚠ Important

A processing fee of CHF 50.– is charged for reactivation (T&Cs). Reactivation only takes place after full payment.

How quickly will my payment be processed?

  • Bank transfer (QR-bill): usually 3–4 business days
  • Immediate payment in the customer account (credit card, TWINT etc.): within minutes

ℹ Note

If your connection is already blocked, we recommend immediate payment in the customer account: Pay directly. Unblocking takes place automatically after receipt of payment.

What happens after the 4th reminder?

If the total outstanding amount is not paid within 14 days of the 4th reminder, Teleboy will terminate the contract and hand over the claim to our collection partner.

Does Teleboy offer a payment stop?
