Blocking the connection

As soon as no payment is received, the connection is automatically blocked 7–10 days after the third reminder is sent.

Reactivating the connection

Once you have paid the outstanding total amount, your connection is automatically reactivated. This usually happens 3–5 days after receipt of payment.

⚠ Important

A one-off fee of CHF 30.– is charged for reactivating the connection.

You are welcome to send us a proof of payment by e-mail in advance to speed up the reactivation process.
