Despite registering my credit card, my invoice is not paid automatically!
Correctly assign the payment method
Please make sure your credit card is correctly assigned in the settings. It is not sufficient to register the card – it must also be assigned to the subscription.
1Open settings
Go to "Manage subscription" → "Subscriptions" → "Payment method" and change from "Invoice" to your desired credit card. Direct link: Open subscription settings
⚠ Important
Invoices that have already been sent cannot be charged retroactively by credit card. Outstanding invoices must be paid by bank transfer (QR code).
Pay open invoices immediately
You can pay invoices that have already been sent retroactively via credit card or TWINT directly in your customer account:
1Navigate to invoices
Open settings and select "Manage subscription" → "Invoices".
2Pay the invoice
Click "Pay" next to the open invoice and choose your payment method. Each invoice must be paid individually. The status may update after 1–2 days.
