When do I receive my first invoice?

1Internet, Kombi and Mobile subscriptions

The first invoice is sent approximately 15–45 days after activation. Billing is in arrears: a service month is only invoiced in the middle of the following month.

2Teleboy TV-only subscription

The subscription fee is automatically charged via the registered payment method on the renewal date. Available methods: credit card, TWINT. If the charge fails, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

Payment term

Each invoice has a payment term of 30 days from the invoice date. Payment must be made within this period to avoid reminder fees or a suspension.
