Despite registering for eBill, my invoice is not paid automatically!

eBill only applies to future invoices

If you have registered for eBill but your invoice was not automatically paid, this is most likely because eBill payments cannot be applied retroactively to invoices that have already been sent. Automatic payment will only take effect from the next invoice onwards.

If you are unsure whether you still have open invoices, you can check and pay them at any time online: Check & pay invoices

Other possible causes

If your eBill payment is still not being executed, please check the following:

  • Have you correctly activated eBill in your e-banking?
  • Is Teleboy registered as an eBill recipient in your e-banking?
  • Are your bank details up to date and the account sufficiently funded?
