Call detail record – what is it and where can I find it?
What is the call detail record?
The call detail record provides a detailed overview of all calls made with your Teleboy landline subscription – including:
- Date and time of the call
- Destination number
- Duration of the call
- Cost per call
This is especially useful for checking where charges from premium-rate numbers or paid services come from.
Where can I find the call detail record?
1Log in to the customer center
2Navigate to "My subscriptions" → "Landline"
Click on the "Call detail record" tab.
3Download the record
You will see the list of your calls. Click the download icon to save the record as a PDF.
ℹ Note
The call detail record is created monthly and remains available in the customer center. You can switch months to view older records.
