My new Teleboy Mobile SIM card does not connect to the mobile network
How to proceed
1Check the SIM card
Check whether you have inserted the SIM card correctly.
2Restart the smartphone
Turn your smartphone completely off and on again.
3Test the connection
Everything should now work properly.

If you kept your number when switching to Teleboy Mobile, please check the date and time of activation of your SIM card. We informed you of both by e-mail. Your Teleboy SIM card will not work before this date.
