Where can I find my PIN and PUK?
You can find your PIN and PUK in two different ways.
Option 1: SIM card holder
1Check scratch field on back
You can find the original PIN and PUK under the scratch field on the back of the SIM card holder you received when your SIM was delivered.
Option 2: Customer portal
1Open customer portal
Open https://my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile and select the "Info" tab.
2Show PIN
Hover over the PIN display or tap it on mobile to reveal the PIN number.
ℹ Manually changed PIN
If you have manually changed your PIN, the change will not be reflected in the cockpit. The cockpit always shows the original PIN.
ℹ PIN locked?
If you entered the wrong PIN 3 times, you can reset it with the PUK. The PUK is always available in the customer area: https://my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile
