How long does it take to receive my SIM card and activate my Teleboy Mobile subscription?
Order & identity check
After you have ordered your Teleboy Mobile subscription, an identity check will be carried out. This is necessary to activate the SIM card and is done directly during the ordering process.
Shipping of the SIM card
The SIM card will be sent by post and should arrive within 2-5 business days.
- If you have chosen to port your number, you will receive the SIM card in good time before the porting date.
- If you have ordered a new phone number, the SIM card will be sent after the identity check has been completed.
Activating the subscription
- Your mobile subscription will be activated automatically as soon as you insert the SIM card into your mobile phone and use it for the first time.
- If you have requested number porting, your subscription will start only on the confirmed porting date.
I have not received my SIM card 5 working days before the start of my contract – what should I do?
If your SIM card has not arrived 5 working days before the start of your contract or 5 days before the porting date:
- Check your delivery address in your order confirmation.
- Check your mailbox or letterbox, as the SIM card is sent by standard letter.
If the SIM card is still missing, contact Teleboy support to request a replacement SIM.
Important information
No express delivery: The SIM card is sent by regular mail and delivery times may vary depending on the region.
Please note the porting date: If you want to keep your current number, your subscription will only start on the confirmed porting date and time. You will receive the relevant information separately by email.
