How can I pay my invoices?

Available payment methods

Invoices for the Teleboy Kombi subscription (Internet, TV & Mobile) can be paid by eBill, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), Postcard, TWINT or QR code (payment slip).

Payment via QR code

• Your invoices are sent by e-mail with a QR code for payment.
• Payment by IBAN is not possible, nor is a printed invoice by post.

eBill

• Log in to your e-banking and select Teleboy as the biller under "eBill".
• Your invoices will be transferred directly to your e-banking.
• Not available for TV-only subscriptions.

Credit card or Postcard

• Store your credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or Postcard in the customer center.
• The invoice amount will be automatically debited each month.

TWINT

• You can link your TWINT account to your Teleboy account.
• Payment is made automatically by monthly direct debit.

Is there an annual payment option?

No, annual payment is not offered. All invoices are issued monthly.
