Are you in Switzerland or abroad?
Due to legal reasons, recordings and downloads are only available within Switzerland. If you are outside of Switzerland, these features won't work.
Tip: Download your recordings before your stay abroad so that you can watch them later.
Are you using a VPN connection?
If you are in Switzerland and still receive an error, you might be using a VPN connection. Our services are not accessible via VPN. Please disable the VPN and try again.
Having trouble with a specific program?
If a specific recording is black or faulty, we need more information to assist you. Please contact our customer support and provide the following details:
- Program title
- Channel
- Broadcast time
