What to Do if Your Recording or Download Isn’t Working?

If your recording or download isn't working, there are several possible causes. These steps help you identify the problem.

How to proceed

1Are you abroad?

For legal reasons, recordings and downloads are only available within Switzerland. Download your recordings before going abroad so you can watch them later.

2Disable VPN connection

If you're in Switzerland and still receive an error: Teleboy is not accessible via VPN. Disable the VPN and try again.

3Report a defective recording

If a specific recording is black or faulty, contact our support at my.teleboy.ch/contact with the programme title, channel and broadcast time.
