My recording or download does not work

Not all media players support playback of files downloaded via Teleboy. If a recording isn't working or is defective, these steps will help.

How to proceed

1Use the VLC media player

We recommend the free VLC media player for playing downloads. Make sure the latest version is installed.

2Report a defective recording

If a saved recording is defective, contact our support at my.teleboy.ch/contact. Have the title, channel, and the date and time of the broadcast ready.

VLC supports all common formats and should play downloads without any issues.
