Read the Binding ID / identification number with your router

After receiving your Teleboy router, you need to register the Binding ID (connection identification number) so that your connection can be activated.

How to proceed

1Connect the router

Connect the Fritz!Box and connect it to the internet.

2Open a webpage

Open a browser and access any page, e.g. www.teleboy.ch. A page will automatically appear asking for an activation code.

3Find the Binding ID

On this page you will find the Binding ID in the lower section – it starts with "AC0.XXX".

4Submit the ID

Use the link you received by email to enter the number. Alternatively, you can send us a photo of the Binding ID or the ID itself by email.

What to do if no Binding ID is displayed?

If no Binding ID is displayed, this does not mean there is an error. It simply indicates that no DSL line has been used at your address before – in this case, a new line activation is required.

ℹ Note
On the activation page you will find an option to indicate that no Binding ID is shown. Select this option so we can initiate the necessary steps to activate your connection.
