How do I change the payment method?

Change payment method

You can change your payment method at any time directly in your customer account: Manage payment method

⚠ Important

Make sure to only change the information and not delete it – otherwise your subscription will be cancelled at the next possible date.

1Navigate to payment overview

Go to "My account" and select "Payment overview".

2Add new payment method

Click on "Choose how you want to pay for your subscriptions" and then "Add new payment method".

3Enter data & confirm

Enter the required data. The payment method will then be stored and updated.

Important notes for credit cards

  • The 3D Secure procedure must be activated to store the credit card.
  • Mastercard: Identity Check (formerly "SecureCode")
  • VISA: Verified by Visa / Visa Secure
  • For security reasons, registration is only possible within Switzerland.

We strongly advise against setting up a standing order. Please register a payment method instead: Register payment method
