How do I change the payment method?

You can change your payment method at any time here. Make sure that you only change the information and do not delete it, otherwise your subscription will be cancelled and will expire at the next possible time.

For credit cards, it is important that the 3D Secure procedure has been activated, otherwise the means of payment cannot be deposited.

For Mastercard, the security procedure is Identity Check (formerly called "SecureCode").

For the VISA Card, the security procedure is Verified by Visa / Visa Secure.

Please note that for security reasons, the deposit of the desired means of payment is only possible within Switzerland.
