Can I pay my invoice by credit card/postcard?

You can also pay your bill conveniently by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, PostFinance).

In the settings in your customer account, you can enter your preferred credit card at any time so that your future invoices can be debited automatically.

Please log in to your customer account. Then go to: “Manage subscription” -> Payment Options to deposit a credit/postal card. 

As soon as the credit card has been stored, select the desired payment option for the invoices under “Manage subscription” -> Subscriptions. There, you simply select your credit or postcard.

From now on, your future invoices will be charged to your credit card. 

Please note that invoices that have already been sent and are still open cannot be paid retroactively by credit card.
