Why can't I watch a program in Replay?
Replay only shows programs broadcast after the start of your Teleboy TV subscription. If you can't see any programs or the feature isn't working, these steps will help.
ℹ Note
The Replay storage only fills up from the start of your subscription. Programs broadcast before that date are not available. After one week, the last 7 days are always accessible.
How to proceed
1Check Replay activation in the player
Open the player settings and check whether Replay is enabled. If you no longer see a Replay option, it is already active.
2Contact support
If the problem persists, contact our support at my.teleboy.ch/contact.
