Where can I view my Teleboy subscriptions and account data?
All information about your subscriptions and personal data can be found in the Teleboy customer area (Cockpit).
Accessing the customer area
1Open the Cockpit
Visit the Teleboy customer area. There you will find all active, cancelled or in-progress subscriptions (Internet, Mobile, TV, Landline), the current status and term per subscription, your registered address, your customer number, as well as information on relocations and recent activity.

In the left-hand menu: My data – update email address, login and home address. Payment – payment methods and invoice overview. Messages – personal messages from Teleboy. Transactions – overview of bookings and payments.

If you have moved or changed your subscription, both products are shown – including the end date of the old subscription, the start date of the new one, and the current processing status.
