Can I pause my Teleboy subscription?

Currently it is not possible to pause an Internet, TV or Mobile subscription at Teleboy. Subscriptions run continuously as long as they are not cancelled.

What are the alternatives?

1Cancellation & re-subscription

You can cancel the subscription (notice period: 60 days) and re-subscribe later. Current conditions and prices will apply at the time of re-subscription.

2Switch to a cheaper option

Switch to a cheaper option: Internet (slower speed), TV (free basic package) or Mobile (Eco subscription). Subscription change: To my subscriptions

What if I go abroad?

Mobile subscription: Cancel and re-order later, or switch to the Mobile International subscription.
Internet & TV: For extended stays abroad, it may make sense to cancel and re-subscribe later.
