Can I pause my Teleboy subscription?
Is there a pause option at Teleboy?
Currently it is not possible to pause an internet, TV or mobile subscription at Teleboy. Subscriptions run continuously as long as they are not canceled.
What are the alternatives?
Cancellation & new subscription as needed
If you don't need your subscription for a certain period of time, you can cancel it and re-subscribe to it later.
- Please note the cancellation period of 60 days.
- If you take out a new subscription later, the current conditions and prices will apply.
Switch to a cheaper option
If you want to save costs, you may be able to switch to a cheaper subscription:
- Internet: If you use the internet less, you can switch to a slower speed.
- TV: If you don't need TV, you can reduce your subscription to the free basic package.
- Mobile: The Eco subscription is the cheapest option with limited data usage.
Changing your subscription: If you are considering a change, you can easily do so in the subscription overview in your login area: To my subscriptions.
What happens if I go abroad or temporarily don't need the subscription?
Since it is not possible to pause, you can check the following alternatives:
- Mobile subscription: If you don't need your mobile subscription when you travel, you can cancel it and order it again later. Alternatively, you can conveniently switch to the Mobile International subscription.
- Internet & TV: If you will be out of Switzerland for an extended period of time, it may make sense to cancel and re-subscribe later.
