How to proceed
1Open customer account
Log in to your customer account: my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile
2Select the 'Cancel' tab
Select your Mobile subscription and click on the 'Cancel' tab.
3Confirm the cancellation
Choose the cancellation date and confirm. The notice period is 60 days to the end of the month.
