It's important to distinguish between business numbers (business customers) and company names for personal customers.

• Business Mobile Numbers:
  These are mobile numbers registered under a company name, primarily used for business communication.

• Personal Mobile Numbers:
  Business mobile numbers that are registered under an individual's name and mainly used for personal purposes.

• Business Mobile Numbers:
  Direct porting of mobile numbers registered under a company name is not possible. Before a number can be ported, it must be changed from a company name to a personal name. The bill holder always remains the subscriber.

• Personal Mobile Numbers:
  The porting of mobile numbers registered to individuals is based on the name provided during the porting process.

We port the number to an alternative name, as stated in the number porting. We always use the subscription holder as the invoice holder.

The company name is not relevant for ID verification and becomes relevant only at the time of ordering. For you, the name provided during the porting is decisive.
