What are profiles and how do I create one?

Profiles allow users to manage individual settings and content within a Teleboy TV or MAX subscription. Each subscriber can create up to four additional profiles – five profiles in total.

⚠ Subscription requirement

The «Profiles» feature is not included in the Teleboy Plus or Comfort subscription. An upgrade to the Teleboy TV subscription is required.

Create a profile – step by step

1Open profile management

Open profile management or go to your account settings and select Profiles.

2Click «Try now»

You will see an overview of the benefits of Teleboy profiles. With an active TV subscription, click directly on Try now.

3Click «+» and give the profile a name

Click the circle with the + and give the profile a name (max. 20 characters). Then press Create profile.

4Choose a profile picture

Choose a predefined image or upload your own photo at my.teleboy.ch/user/profiles.

5Personalise the profile

Your profile is ready. You can create your own watchlists, customise the channel list and save recordings. Only the main profile can create or delete profiles.
