Managing profiles
Who can use profiles?
Profiles are an exclusive feature for customers with a Teleboy TV subscription, which allows simultaneous use on up to five devices.
Customers with a Plus or Comfort subscription need to upgrade to a TV subscription to access this feature. The upgrade also provides additional simultaneous streams and more storage space.
How do I switch between profiles?
You can switch between profiles at any time via profile management.
ℹ On large screens
On devices like Apple TV or Android TV, a profile selection screen is automatically displayed when starting the app, suggesting the last profile used.
