How can I pay my invoices?

Available payment methods

Invoices for the Teleboy Kombi subscription (Internet, TV & Mobile) can be paid by eBill, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), Postcard, TWINT or QR code (payment slip).

ℹ Note

You can view and download your invoices at any time in your customer login: Teleboy invoices. During the monthly billing run (about 4 days), a new invoice is being prepared and can only be downloaded once the billing run is complete. More info: Why can't I see a QR code on my invoice yet?

Payment via QR code

• Your invoices are sent by e-mail with a QR code for payment.
• Payment by IBAN is not possible, nor is a printed invoice by post.

⚠ No standing order

Please don't set up a standing order. Each invoice has its own reference number, which a standing order doesn't carry over. We then can't match your payment, which leads to reminders and reminder fees. Instead, store a payment method (TWINT, credit card, PostFinance) at my.teleboy.ch/finance/payment or use eBill.

eBill

• Log in to your e-banking and select Teleboy as the biller under "eBill".
• Your invoices will be transferred directly to your e-banking.
• Not available for stand-alone TV subscriptions. If your TV subscription is part of an Internet combo subscription and appears on the same invoice as your Internet subscription, you can pay it by eBill.

ℹ Paying for another person?

You can also pay another person's invoice by eBill. When registering for eBill, enter that person's Teleboy customer number or registered e-mail address in the note. Guide: Pay another person's invoice by eBill

Credit card or Postcard

• Store your credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or Postcard in your customer login.
• The invoice amount will be automatically debited each month.

TWINT

• You can link your TWINT account to Teleboy in your customer login.
• Payment is made automatically by monthly direct debit.

Is there an annual payment option?

No, annual payment is not offered. All invoices are issued monthly.

Payment by direct debit (LSV) and by standing order is not possible.
