I received an invoice despite having cancelled my contract!

Invoice after cancellation – this is normal

Once your contract has expired, the final invoice for the last month of service is not sent until the following month. Each invoice also contains information about the corresponding month of service.

Please don't be surprised if you receive an invoice after your cancellation – this is the normal process with invoices sent in arrears.
