I have ordered or renewed a subscription on iTunes, but I still only have access to the free service

If you have just purchased your subscription — i.e., you have not been a customer before or in the meantime — just open the app on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Under “More” → “My subscription” or “To the shop” the purchase can be restored.


If you were already a customer and your subscription — despite payment — was not renewed, please contact our support and send a receipt. We will then gladly activate the subscription for you.
