Why don't I get an invoice?

Invoices are sent in arrears

Teleboy always sends invoices in arrears, i.e. in the middle of the following month. Please don't be surprised if you haven't received an invoice yet after activation.

Still no invoice?

  • Check your spam folder – Teleboy invoices can sometimes end up there.
  • Set Teleboy as a trusted sender with your e-mail provider so future invoices are delivered reliably.
