I have forgotten my PIN code. What can I do?
Your PIN code is located under the scratch field on the back of the SIM cardholder with which you received your Teleboy Mobile SIM card.
If you have changed the code and forgotten it, you can enter the wrong PIN code 3 times and then reset it with the PUK code.
If you have lost the SIM cardholder with the PUK code, please contact our support.
