My DSL-Internet should be switched on today, but does not work

Please note that the internet will be switched on between 8 and 17 o'clock during the day. If it does not work after 17.00, please try the following:


Please check if everything is connected correctly and firmly. In particular, the adapter must be pressed firmly into the telephone connection if it is to be used.


Also restart the router once and follow the DSL instructions or the Fiber instructions (attached to this article). 


If it still doesn't work, please contact support and tell them how the lights on the router behave.
