Can I take out a subscription with a negative credit rating?

Yes. Even with a negative credit rating, you can enter into a contract with Teleboy. We offer you a security deposit for this purpose, which is paid in advance and booked as a pledge.

Short answer: With a security deposit you can take out a subscription – CHF 450.– for Teleboy Home/Kombi, CHF 250.– for Teleboy Mobile.

How to proceed

1We offer you a security deposit

If the credit check is negative, we offer you the option of entering into the contract with a security deposit.

2Transfer the amount in advance by IBAN

You transfer the deposit amount in advance by IBAN. We will provide you with the payment details.

3Booked as a pledge

As soon as we have received the payment, it is booked as a pledge and your subscription can be concluded.
