What will change around Replay TV from 04 October 2022?
In the standard offer of replay TV (time-shifted television), it will no longer be possible to rewind advertising blocks as before. Broadcasters and broadcasters have agreed on new alternative forms of advertising in the industry agreement "GT12". This so-called dynamic advertising will, however, be significantly shorter than previous TV advertising blocks. In future, it will also be possible to return to the programme at the touch of a button. In order to be able to bypass the new replay advertising even then, there will be an additional pay option.
