Answering Machine / Mailbox

Calls that are not answered will be forwarded to your mailbox. You will be informed by SMS when a caller has left a message. In Switzerland, you can check your voicemail at any time free of charge.

⚠ Important
Abroad, call forwarding to your mailbox is charged like a call to Switzerland. Deactivate your mailbox before travelling abroad to avoid unexpected costs.

Activate or deactivate voicemail

1Open the cockpit

Open https://my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile and log in.

2Select the «Settings» tab

In the Mobile section, switch to the «Settings» tab.

3Activate or deactivate the mailbox

Toggle the mailbox on or off as needed.
