            When will routers and Apple TV be shipped?

            Shipping times at a glance

            The router and any additional Android TV or Apple TV devices purchased will be shipped by Data Quest to the specified installation address or an alternative shipping address.


            Shipping will take place approximately 1 to 2 weeks before the scheduled internet start date.


            Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to schedule a specific delivery date.
