My TV screen is not responding. What can I do about it?

This error occurs when the Apple TV box is brought out of sleep mode and is already wiped on the remote control during startup. This causes errors in several apps, by the operating system of the Apple TV box, so unfortunately we can not do anything about it.

If you do not press or wipe anything on the remote when booting up after hibernation, you can avoid the error so that it does not occur in the first place.

If you do experience it, it is fortunately easy to fix:

You press the on-screen button on the Apple TV remote twice and swipe the Teleboy app up to close it. You can then restart the app. Everything will then work properly again, as usual.
