How can I subscribe to and use MySports?

Currently, all Teleboy Internet customers or those who wish to become one can use MySports in conjunction with a TV subscription.

• For existing Internet customers:
  Go to my.teleboy.ch, under Services and add the MySports package under TV.
  
  
• For new customers:
  During the ordering process or later via my.teleboy.ch, you can add the MySports package.

Minimum contract terms for MySports

The MySports annual subscription has a minimum term of twelve (12) months. After this period, the subscription will automatically renew for one (1) additional month.

The subscription can be canceled with one (1) month's notice at the end of each month.

I don't have Internet with Teleboy, can I still subscribe to MySports?

We intend to make the MySports subscription available to all Teleboy customers. Initially, however, the offer will only be available to our Internet customers.

Our goal is to offer MySports to all our customers as a subscription by the start of the 2025 Play-Offs at the latest.

Do I need a TV subscription to use MySports?

Yes, a Teleboy TV subscription is required.

Can I use MySports abroad?

You can watch your MySports recordings abroad, similar to Teleboy. However, live streaming and replay streaming are only available within Switzerland.

Downloading MySports recordings is not possible for legal reasons.
