How can I book a data roaming package?
If you want to surf abroad with your Teleboy Mobile subscription, you need a data roaming package. Here's how to book one and what you need to know.
⚠ Internet packages only
Roaming packages contain data volume only. Calls and SMS abroad are not included and are charged separately according to the applicable tariffs.
How to proceed
1Open customer account
Log in at my.teleboy.ch/service/mobile
2Select the 'Book Now' tab
Click the 'Book Now' tab in your Mobile subscription.
3Choose the right package
Select the package that matches your travel destination and confirm the booking.
ℹ International subscription
The Teleboy Mobile International subscription includes 12 GB of roaming data in Zone 1 (EU, USA, UK). The volume is built into the subscription and renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
ℹ International Plus subscription
The Teleboy Mobile International Plus subscription includes 20 GB of Zone 1 roaming data as well as unlimited calls from abroad.
ℹ Swiss subscription
With the Swiss subscription, roaming packages must be booked manually. Only one package can be active at a time. A new package can only be booked once the current one is used up.
