How can I book a data roaming package?

If you want to surf abroad with your Teleboy Mobile subscription, you need a data roaming package. Here's how to book one and what you need to know.

⚠ Internet packages only

Roaming packages contain data volume only. Calls and SMS abroad are not included and are charged according to the applicable tariffs. Exception: with the International Plus subscription, calls in the countries on the country list are included. SMS abroad are not included in any subscription.

How to proceed

ℹ International subscription

The Teleboy Mobile International subscription includes 12 GB of roaming data in Zone 1 (EU, UK, USA and Canada). The volume is built into the subscription and renews automatically on the 1st of the month. When 80% of the package has been used, you receive an SMS. If the package is used up before the 1st of the month, you can book an additional package in the 'Book Now' tab, as described above.

ℹ International Plus subscription

The Teleboy Mobile International Plus subscription includes 20 GB of Zone 1 roaming data as well as unlimited calls abroad. Calls from Switzerland to the countries on the country list are also included. The country list on teleboy.ch/mobile applies: not every country where calls abroad are included is also included as a destination for calls from Switzerland. Not included: SMS sent abroad, SMS from Switzerland to foreign numbers and calls to premium-rate numbers.

ℹ Swiss subscription

With the Swiss subscription, roaming packages must be booked manually. Only one package can be active at a time. A new package can only be booked once the current one is used up.
