Bills for the Teleboy Home Internet and TV service can be paid by e-bill, credit card (VISA or MasterCard)/postcard or QR code payment. 



Received bills can be viewed and downloaded at any time in the customer account in the settings. Or open the following Link


Payment via QR code


You will receive the invoices by e-mail as standard. 

Each invoice contains the necessary QR code for the bank transfer.

Payment by IBAN is not possible.


We do not offer invoices by post.

eBill


Log in to your e-banking and register for electronic bill receipt under the menu item "E-bill". Now select "Teleboy" from a list of billers so that we can send you bills in future.

Credit card/postcard

You can also pay the invoice conveniently by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, PostFinance). All future invoices will then be charged to your credit/postal card. You can still conveniently download the invoices in the customer cockpit.

Download the TWINT app on your smartphone and have your bills debited automatically every month.


To do this, open the app, scan the QR code on the second page of your bill and confirm the payment by pressing OK.
